This guide is for users wishing to view any Clinical Documents created within Sunrise

The Documents Tab allows you to view all documents in the patient’s record that have been created in Sunrise.
With the Patient in context, left click on the ‘Documents’ Tab

All of the documents in the Sunrise record will now show. To view the document there are three options: Option 1- The ‘Preview’ Icon allows users to view the details that have been populated in the relevant document

There are options for the location of the preview panel, or to close it
|

Once a document has been selected, it will preview in the chosen location on the screen
|

Option 2 - Double left click on the required document and it will open in the ‘View Document Details’ window
|

Option 3 –Criteria can be set in the ‘Options Panel’ on the left side of the screen to filter the documents to be displayed or select the order they are presented. Tip: select ‘All Available Charts’ to show documents added in all attendances Tip: tick ‘Retain Selections for Next Patient’ to remember any choices

The documents can be ordered according to where they were created (e.g. ED, Inpatient or Outpatient). This is found towards the bottom of the Options Panel. Left click on the arrow to the right of the ‘Group By’ dropdown in the ‘Display Styles’ section

Select ‘Document Review Category’ from the list

The documents will be grouped into the areas they were created
|
