This guide is for all users who need to access Sunrise
Logging on:

On the desktop, double click on the ‘Sunrise’ icon

The Sunrise login screen will show. Enter your usual Windows login (Username and Password)

Click ‘Login’

Click the ‘Shutdown’ icon at the top right of the screen

Do not use the ‘close’ icon in the very top right of the screen

The Sunrise help functionality will open in a separate window. This is context sensitive and will provide information about what is showing on the Sunrise screen at the time
You can also search the contents or index if required

The Help icon, a Help button or a text link also appears within pop-up windows so you can access help on those topics
|

There will also be a link to the Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) stored on the IT Service Desk Portal.
Click on the ‘Tools’ dropdown menu at the top of the Sunrise screen and select the link
