This guide is for all staff working in the Inpatient Adult Wards who need to find, view and print the Flowsheet Transfer Report on Sunrise

The Flowsheet Transfer Report is a Printable Report.
The Flowsheet Transfer Report is a selection of Clinical Observations and Risk Assessments which are required to transfer a patient to a Tertiary or Cottage Hospital.
Note – This document does not include results or other Clinical Observations on the Patient’s Record.

With the patient selected and displayed in the Patient Banner, click the ‘Print Reports’ icon on the main toolbar

The Report Selection screen will appear. From the ‘Report Category’ dropdown, select the required category ‘Patient Lists’

All the available reports for that category are listed. Select the required report, ‘IP Flowsheet Transfer Report’

You MUST click the ‘Preview’ button to view the report on the screen before printing the report
|

The Flowsheet Report will open in a separate window
|
6 |
Use the icons on the toolbar at the top of the screen to scroll between pages and print the report
|
