To log a call via the Self-Service Portal you need to access the portal via the following address; https://ithelp.kentcht.nhs.uk

 

 

Ensure you click on the ‘Use Self-Service Portal’ button and then enter in the credentials that have been supplied to you:

 

 


 

You will be given a choice of two ‘tiles’ that you can click on.  The first is the main KMCR service, which will take you to the page below, and will allow you to log an incident or request with the KMCR second line team by clicking on the ‘KMCR General Contact Form’ button:

 

 

This will then load the request form below:

 

 

Anything on the form that has a ‘*’ next to it is a mandatory field.

Within the form please select from the list of categories in the ‘Short Description’ field as to why you are logging a ticket with us:

 

 

 

Then give as much information as possible as to why you are raising the ticket in the box below.

If you need to add any attachments to the ticket, please click on the ‘Attach file’ button:

 

 

Please ensure you are not including any patient information in any of your screenshots.

 

 

Once satisfied you have captured all the information required please click on the ‘Submit’ button.

 

From the main service, you can also request new users (this will only be available during the pilot phase and during the initial implementation of the system) and also quickly access the KMCR system:

 

 

 

 


 

If you need to track any incidents or requests that you have previously logged, these can be located by clicking on the ‘My Calls’ tile on the home page:

 

 

Lastly, any Major Calls can be seen to the right of this page and you can add yourself as an affected user.

 

 

If you require adding yourself as an affected user you can click on this and notify us by clicking on the ‘I am affected by this disruption’ button.
