Aria is an Electronic Chemotherapy ePrescribing system support by KOC, we can install the required software on the devices but KOC exclusively deal with the Aria access and password resets.
Required Software for Aria
For Aria to work you need to install two applications via SCCM which are:
- Citrix Workspace 23.7.1.18
- Chemo-EPrecribing_1.0_2S_Devices
- Grab the asset ID number and go into SCCM;
- Within Devices search for the device using the asset ID number;
- Right click and select ‘Add Selected Items’ and then ‘Add Selected Items to Existing Device Collection’
- Select ‘Applications’
- Within filter search for ‘Citrix’
- Choose to install ‘Citrix Workspace 23.7.1.18’
- Within filter search for ‘Chemo’
- Choose to install ‘Chemo-EPrecribing_1.0_2S_Devices’
- Await for the applications to install via SCCM (you can view progress and speed up process using client centre).
Aria access and password resets
KOC deal with Aria access and password resets requests and if you get an OOH Call regarding an ARIA user not being able to access ARIA due to account being locked out. You could try and contact Rob Scutt ([email protected]), he sometimes works OOH but doesn't offer an official OOH service. If you cannot get hold of him, you will have to inform them to get their colleagues to complete the work.
