The following quick guide and video guide explains how to flag a document on eNotes via the 

  • Desktop Application
  • Sunrise EPR Integration
  • PAS Integration

Flagged documents will be sent to System Administration (Health Records Digital Services) for review, audit, and take appropriate action.


Documents escalated to admin will be reviewed and actioned within 24 hours (exlusing bank holidays & weekends) of flagging.


Issues that can be flagged to eNotes Admin:

  • Document uploaded to an incorrect patient

  • Document uploaded to an incorrect specialty or category

  • Duplicate documents

  • Unable to view the document in the system

  • Poor quality (excluding orientation issues)


Issues that need to be raised with Data Cleansing:

  • Inaccurate information contained within a document

    • Please raise on the Data Cleansing portal, select the relevant form and provide specific and clear information on the error. Flag the document and provide the portal reference number in the free text and a warning will be added to the document.
