This crib sheet explains how to link a new IP admission to a previous IP admission.
IMPORTANT: This process is for VIRTUAL WARD ONLY.
When a patient is admitted into virtual ward, need to link the new admission to the previous IP visit to carry over the document history/medications for continuity of care.
