T-Pro Dictate mobile version is useful to record the dicatation on your phone for a medical secretary / transcriber to type the letter later. 


IMPORTANT : 

  1. A dictation that remains in Draft status can only be accessed by the author. To enable the Medical Secretary/Transcriber to access and transcribe the recording, the dictation must be submitted by selecting Send.
  2. Always select the correct patient before beginning a dictation. More than one letter can be recorded in the same dictation, but only for the same patient to ensure data governance is maintained.
