Hybrid Mail can be used to send Letters and Documents generated via Clinical Systems. 
PAS/ KOMS/ Sunrise/ Soliton/ Tomcat systems have letter/document templates & with pre-set instructions to guide Hybrid Mail in sending / saving to eNotes.
