1. Auto Text
Auto Text is a speech recognition feature that allows authors to insert standardised text using a short voice command.
Create your own Auto Text entries by assigning a spoken phrase or abbreviation to commonly used words, phrases, or document templates.
When the voice command is recognised, the spoken abbreviation is automatically replaced with the corresponding full text or predefined template, helping to improve consistency and efficiency when dictating.
2. Dictionary
The Dictionary feature helps personalise speech recognition and improve transcription accuracy, building on T-Pro's medical-grade accuracy and support for a wide range of accents.
Add words to the Dictionary to improve the recognition of specialist terminology, uncommon words, or terms that are frequently transcribed incorrectly.
Dictionary entries work alongside the existing vocabulary and do not replace or remove any words already available in the system.
