T-Pro Dictate to Letter - Web/PC based version allows clinicians to dictate directly into the letter template and see their words appear on screen as they speak.
This approach offers increased editing flexibility, and clinicians have the option to finalise and send the letter independently, without secretary involvement.
However, letters can still be routed to a transcriber if that is the preferred departmental workflow.
Top Tips
- Remember, the recordings still in draft status on your phone application cannot be seen on the PC/web version.
- Add to ‘Voice Dictionary’ - is about improving the speech recognition output in case of more complicated words and not about the term and its meaning.
- To make editing less time-consuming, dictate punctuation. For example, say ‘new paragraph’ OR ‘full stop’.
