eConsent

eConsent is a clinician-led digital solution that adapts and enhances patient consent to treatment. This enables digital consent forms to be created dynamically, pre-populated with individual patient demographics and presented to the patient in the context of the proposed procedure, along with information leaflets during the consultation. Training materials have been created to help users navigate through the system smoothly and efficiently. We are currently utilising eConsent in Gynae-Oncology and Endoscopy and plan to roll out across the trust in the near future.
