Select ‘Calls’ (below)
- Click ‘Speed dial’ (below right) to add contacts. Note: The coloured dots next to people’s profiles show their availability, i.e. red dot user is ‘in a call’, no entry sign user has marked themselves as ‘Do not disturb’.
- ‘Contacts’. Here you can add contacts (below right) as well as search for them.
- Make a Call.
Type the name of the person you wish to call in the box, it will start to auto-populate as you type.
You can call 1 or multiple people if you wish to have a conference call (below).
This is for NHS contacts only.
When ready, select either the blue phone to make a voice only call or the blue video to make a video call.
