Prerequisites : 

Enrolled in SSO, with security Questions setup.

Using an SSO device


Step 1.

On the home screen press on Forgot Password

Step 2.

In the window that pops up press Reset you Primary Authentication Password


Note : You can also use this screen to: 

Reset your Imprivata PIN using the same Security Questions

Amend your stored account passwords without needing to login

Change your saved security questions using your Password


Step 3.

Enter your Windows Username and Press Continue

If you cannot remember this it is usually FirstName.LastName otherwise you will need to contact the service desk who can advise the account username.

Step 4.

You will be prompted to answer 3 of your security questions. Enter the answers here 

Note: If you get an error stating that you are not enrolled then you will need to contact the service desk to reset your password and help you enrol in SSO.

Step 5.

Once you have entered the answers correctly then you will be given the option to reset your password, this will
